MISSION.
The mission of the NAACP’s Move New Jersey 2022 Voter Education and Outreach Plan is genuinely grass roots. It's not a targeted political strategy, but a call to political responsibility supporting an electoral process for a just and sustainable State.

CONTACTLESS VOTER REGISTRATION
The NAACP Move New Jersey 2022 Voter Education and Outreach Plan was created understanding that times have changed due to COVID and high gas prices. We have created a digital or contactless Voter Registration Drive to assure effectiveness with minimal contact. The steps for the digital drive are simple:
1. Copy the QR code
2. Save code to your phone and share with your community contacts and network
3. The link takes users to a form that records the registrant’s information for the Branch. The short form asks for:
Name
County
Email address
Phone Number
4. After filling out the short form, there is a link that takes the user to the State of New Jersey site where they can complete the registration process.
PULPIT TOOLKIT
The backlash to Black progress has been potent nationally and locally in New Jersey. The Vision of Souls to the Polls and the Freedom Sunday Initiative is to create an empowered, engaged, active voice for justice within our political system that will speak to the needs of Black communities. We must reclaim our power and mobilize a massive turnout of the Black vote in local and national elections to determine who will best represent a vision of empowered, healthy, whole communities.

FROM THE PULPIT TO THE PEWS...
We so appreciate your Spirit-filled and compassionate-driven work in registering Church and community members who are eligible to vote and strongly encouraging all God's people to VOTE. We thank you for your God-led and passionate work against the efforts to silence our voices through voter suppression and we pray that we will continue to build the level of energy and actions up to and far beyond election day in November.
Again, if you have any questions, concerns, ideas, suggestions, etc. please feel free to contact us.
